Table top Dough sheeters are used for the production of various laminated doughs such as Croissant, Danish and Puff pastry. They can also be used for rolling out bread or pizza dough. The rollers are stainless steel made on a computerized lathe, for accuracy, then coated with a hard chromium plating impervious to scratching. All the electrics are imported as is the conveyor belt to improve quality. They can be folded to save space and are easily cleaned and can be operated safely and easily.
There are different models and sizes from bench type to free standing with castors.
